Senior Project Manager – Remote Contract

About the role

INFUSE is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead strategic initiatives across its global demand‑generation business. This remote, contract position combines strong project‑management expertise with a business‑analysis mindset to drive end‑to‑end improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead multiple cross‑departmental projects simultaneously, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and on budget.
• Own full project lifecycle: planning, solution design, budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management.
• Analyze workflows and business processes, identify inefficiencies, and translate findings into actionable requirements.
• Drive process improvements through modeling, data analysis, and gap analysis.
• Lead change‑management efforts, securing stakeholder buy‑in and smooth transitions.
• Coordinate integration of systems, processes, and technology solutions across functional teams.
• Maintain continuous stakeholder alignment via requirements gathering, progress updates, and expectation management.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of proven project‑management experience.
• Background in Business Analysis or Product Management.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with measurable outcomes.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
