Senior Full‑Stack .NET/Blazor Developer

About the role

We are looking for a senior .NET developer with strong expertise in Blazor, C#, and Azure to join a fast‑growing R&D team in Lisbon. The role involves building modern, cloud‑native applications that power an AI‑driven platform used by fintech and insurance customers worldwide. You will work in an agile, international environment, collaborating with product, QA and other engineering teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain Blazor‑based web applications and internal tools.
• Build clean, efficient, and scalable backend services using C# and the .NET stack.
• Implement cloud‑native solutions on Azure, including App Services, Functions, DevOps pipelines and SQL databases.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to deliver high‑quality features.
• Optimize application performance, reliability and security.
• Participate in code reviews and drive technical improvements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the full stack.
• Adapt quickly to changing priorities and project needs.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional experience in C#/.NET development.
• 2‑3+ years of hands‑on experience with Blazor and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• At least 1 year of experience with Azure DevOps (CI/CD pipelines, repositories, boards).
• Proven experience working with Azure cloud services (App Services, Functions, Storage, SQL).
• Strong understanding of SQL query optimisation and schema design.
• Fluent English (written and spoken); Portuguese is a plus.
