Senior Frontend Developer (React)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Frontend Developer to join a global tech team building a multilingual, cloud‑native broker platform for a leading Nordic fintech. You will work on the Money & Volume surfaces of the platform, delivering high‑quality React and TypeScript features in an AI‑first development environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end development of front‑end features from specification to deployment using React and TypeScript.
• Participate in and lead architectural discussions, documenting decisions in lightweight specs.
• Design and review AI‑agent workflows with Claude Code or equivalent tools.
• Build responsive, accessible UI components and integrate with REST and GraphQL financial APIs.
• Mentor mid‑level and junior engineers, promoting code quality and AI‑assisted development practices.
• Gradually take on backend responsibilities in Go, including domain modelling and API design.
• Ensure GDPR and EU AI Act compliance in every feature.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering complex front‑end features in a fast‑moving, data‑intensive environment.
• Strong architectural instincts and ability to guide technical direction.
• Comfort with AI‑assisted development tools and a willingness to adopt new workflows.
• Experience mentoring engineers and collaborating across product, design, and data teams.
