Senior Consultant – Google Workspace & Gemini

About the role

As a Senior Consultant you will act as the strategic bridge between Zoi and its enterprise clients, helping them extract maximum business value from Google Workspace and Gemini technologies. You will combine deep technical expertise with a consultative mindset to design, implement, and scale AI‑enabled solutions across diverse organisations.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with stakeholders to uncover true business needs and translate them into precise technical requirements.
• Provide expert advisory on deployment strategies, standard frameworks, and cloud‑infrastructure best practices.
• Architect and lead end‑to‑end Google Workspace migration and implementation projects.
• Introduce clients to Gemini Enterprise capabilities, Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) and custom AI agent strategies to foster an “Agentic Enterprise”.
• Collaborate with international Zoi teams to ensure seamless delivery across multiple European locations.

Required profile

• Strong consulting and discovery skills with a proven ability to manage complex client relationships.
• Hands‑on engineering experience in Google Workspace roll‑outs and ecosystem migrations.
• Passionate about generative AI and its secure, practical deployment in enterprise environments.
• Excellent English communication (C1 minimum); German or Spanish is a plus.
