Senior Android Developer – Hybrid (TagusPark)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Android Developer to join our hybrid team, working two days a week on‑site at TagusPark and the rest remotely. You will lead the design, development and maintenance of native Android applications, ensuring high quality, security and performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain native Android apps using Java and Kotlin.
• Migrate legacy codebases to modern Kotlin architecture.
• Implement Android architectural patterns such as MVC, MVVM and Clean Architecture.
• Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines with Git and Gradle.
• Write unit tests, perform troubleshooting and enforce mobile security best practices.
• Publish releases to Google Play Store and manage app lifecycle.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams following Agile methodologies.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of professional experience in native Android development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or a related field.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Experience mentoring junior developers is a plus.
