Senior Accounting Compliance & Reporting

About the role

As a Senior member of the Accounting Compliance & Reporting (ACR) team, you will join a global network delivering multi‑service projects and innovative solutions in accounting and tax. The role focuses on improving the efficiency of clients' compliance and reporting processes, preparing local and consolidated financial statements, and supporting smoother audits.

Key responsibilities

• Provide integrated accounting, tax compliance and reporting services for multiple clients with high efficiency and quality.
• Create, implement and maintain comprehensive accounting policy and procedure documentation.
• Develop accounting analyses, validations and effective reporting solutions in line with local and global requirements.
• Assist in monitoring, evaluating and interpreting accounting and tax data, and support regulatory implementation.
• Identify risks and improvement opportunities, and manage a team of professionals.
• Build professional relationships with customers and contribute to commercial strategy development.

Required profile

• Academic degree in Accounting, Tax, Economics, Finance or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in accounting, tax compliance and reporting.
• Experience in a consulting environment, preferably Big‑4 or second‑tier firms.
• Familiarity with the financial services industry is valued.
• Fluent written and verbal communication in Portuguese and English.

Required skills

• Knowledge of international accounting standards: IAS, IFRS and/or US GAAP.
• Hands‑on experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Navision or Primavera.
• Team management and commercial development experience.
