Senior Accountant - IFRS

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Accountant with deep IFRS expertise to join our fast‑growing Finance team. You will help strengthen core accounting execution, audit management, and monthly consolidated results analysis while supporting the scaling of our financial infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and post journal entries, perform balance‑sheet reconciliations and drive high standards for period close, improving quality and speed.
• Own the preparation of audit schedules, coordinate responses to audit requests and ensure timely closure of audit questions.
• Deep‑dive into monthly results, flag risks, unusual transactions and key movements, and provide decision‑ready insights for finance leadership.
• Identify accounting risks, implement practical mitigations and strengthen internal controls to ensure scalable, accurate processes.
• Actively leverage AI tools to improve efficiency, standardise and simplify recurring accounting work.

Required profile

• 6+ years of accounting experience with a strong ability to apply IFRS in real‑world scenarios.
• Comfort working with consolidated financial results and variance analysis.
• Proven experience in audit coordination, month‑end close and internal control improvement.
• Interest in using automation and AI to enhance accounting processes.
