Room Attendant

About the role

The Guest Room Attendant ensures each guest room meets Four Seasons’ high standards of cleanliness and presentation. Working on the beautiful Bahia Beach resort in Puerto Rico, you will create a welcoming environment that reflects the brand’s luxury and genuine hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Clean, dust, and sanitize all areas of occupied and checkout rooms, including bedroom, living room, dining area, and bathroom.
• Provide turndown service and replenish amenities according to established procedures.
• Identify opportunities to personalize the guest experience and anticipate guest needs.
• Maintain inventory of housekeeping supplies and report any maintenance issues.

Required profile

• At least one year of experience in hotel housekeeping or a related hospitality role (preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong organizational abilities and keen attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
