Retail Sales Associate – Express Store

About the role

Join the Express team at Plaza Las Americas as a Retail Sales Associate. You will create a welcoming in‑store experience, help customers find the right pieces, and keep the sales floor organized and attractive.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, safe, and well‑organized sales floor, checkout, fitting rooms and stock room.
• Process transactions quickly and accurately using POS registers.
• Deliver a great customer experience by assisting shoppers, answering questions, and resolving issues.
• Promote Express credit and loyalty programs, explaining benefits and encouraging enrollment.
• Assist with merchandising tasks such as stocking, folding, and product launch changes.
• Follow all company policies, safety procedures and store standards.

Required profile

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 0‑2 years of relevant retail experience (minimum 6 months).
• Availability to work nights, weekends and non‑business hours.
• Ability to meet physical demands of standing, lifting and moving merchandise.

Required skills

• Proficiency with iPad and point‑of‑sale registers.
