About the role

The Retail Key Holder (also known as a Floor Leader) supports daily store operations and leads a team to deliver excellent customer service. This entry‑level management position offers a pathway to further retail management responsibilities within the Skechers brand.

Key responsibilities

• Open and close the store, following security and operational procedures.
• Mentor and coach team members on customer service, sales techniques, and store tasks.
• Assist in achieving individual and store sales targets through effective selling and product promotion.
• Execute merchandising plans, restock merchandise, and maintain a clean, inviting shopping environment.
• Manage inventory routines and collaborate with store management on operational needs.
• Identify and resolve in‑store issues to ensure a smooth customer experience.
