About the role

The Sales Representative – Merchandiser is responsible for managing accounts within a defined territory, achieving individual sales targets, and delivering excellent customer service. The role involves promoting a portfolio of AMCORP products, building strong client relationships, and ensuring market visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Visit assigned accounts to meet monthly and annual sales quotas.
• Maximize distribution and shelf‑presentation of AMCORP brands (e.g., GUM, Talismán‑Castilla, Dentemp, HEMP, JaRu).
• Identify and pursue new customers while maintaining existing ones.
• Communicate current promotions, new launches, and product updates to clients.
• Report competitor activities and market insights to adjust commercial strategy.
• Provide daily activity reports, including sales figures and notes.
• Submit pre‑authorized expense reports promptly.
• Address client issues quickly to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate account information and follow AMCORP visit schedules.
• Collect payments from accounts as needed.

Required profile

• At least two years of university studies in Business, Marketing, or Communications.
• Minimum five years of experience in sales and merchandising.
• Proven professional sales success and strong time‑management abilities.
• Team‑oriented and adaptable.
