Regional Fleet & Logistics Analyst

About the role

Indie Campers is looking for a Regional Fleet & Logistics Analyst to oversee fleet operations across a portfolio of local depots. You will ensure high vehicle availability, quality, and operational efficiency while supporting a seamless customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and continuously improve fleet and asset management procedures within the region.
• Execute vehicle in‑fleeting, intervention management, and de‑fleeting processes to maximise fleet availability.
• Maintain appropriate stock levels at depots and manage spare‑parts procurement.
• Assist local operations teams with vehicle interventions and provide technical guidance.
• Coordinate vehicle movements and logistics between local teams and external providers.
• Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with workshops, suppliers, and fleet partners.
• Monitor, control, and optimise vehicle operating costs to improve regional performance.
• Support regional expansion projects and the operational setup of new locations.
• Track operational KPIs and use data to drive efficiency, fleet quality, and customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on operational efficiency.
• Ability to work collaboratively with regional colleagues and local depot teams.
• Experience managing supplier relationships and logistics coordination.
• Proactive attitude towards continuous improvement and cost optimisation.
