Recruitment Specialist

About the role

SpeakIt is looking for a motivated Recruitment Specialist to join its multilingual team in Lisbon. You will own the end‑to‑end hiring process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for both candidates and clients while helping to meet staffing objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates for a variety of client positions.
• Screen, interview and assess candidates, providing detailed feedback to hiring managers.
• Present shortlisted CVs with concise profile summaries to clients.
• Match candidates to job requirements, evaluate job descriptions and post targeted adverts.
• Conduct database searches and leverage multiple CV sources.
• Manage the recruitment workflow from initial contact to offer acceptance.
• Participate in ongoing training to maintain high performance.
• Report to the Recruitment Manager and collaborate within the team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist or in a similar talent‑acquisition role.
• Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle and best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and juggle multiple priorities.

Required skills

• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment platforms.
• Effective sourcing techniques across various channels.
