R&D Project Consultant

About the role

As an R&D Project Consultant at wTVision, you will bridge technology and strategy, supporting innovation initiatives from concept through execution. You will ensure projects are well‑structured, clearly documented, and aligned with the company’s strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Support, structure, and document internal innovation and technology projects.
• Lead project follow‑up, define and track OKRs, MVPs, and key milestones.
• Produce clear technical documentation, proposals, reports, and deliverables.
• Identify funding and fiscal incentive opportunities (e.g., SIFIDE, PRR, PT2030) and assist with application preparation.
• Monitor project progress, compile reports, and coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
• Ensure outputs meet quality standards, are technically accurate, and align with strategic goals.
• Support preparation of technical and financial documentation throughout project lifecycles.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of innovation and R&D processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Economics, Engineering, Innovation Management or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 1 year of experience supporting innovation, R&D, funding or technology‑driven projects.
• Strong technical writing, reporting and documentation abilities.
• Excellent communication, collaboration and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive, analytical and solution‑oriented mindset.
