QC Incoming Coordinator

About the role

The QC Incoming Coordinator ensures that packaging components and raw materials meet quality standards before they enter the production line. This position supports the supply chain by coordinating sampling, inspection and testing activities in a regulated environment.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute sampling, inspection and testing of packaging components in line with internal policies, external regulations and supply‑chain cycle‑time goals.
• Perform sampling and testing of raw materials, ensuring compliance with all applicable standards.
• Inspect labeling, quantity and material specifications for shipments.
• Maintain an organized Retention Room and keep accurate records of all activities.
• Audit Certificates of Analysis, Certificates of Compliance and Receiving Reports for raw materials and packaging components.
• Collaborate with the Technical Development group during validation and product transfer activities.
• Assign appropriate disposition to non‑conforming items.

Required profile

• Experience in quality control or quality assurance within a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight timelines.
• Good organizational skills and ability to maintain accurate documentation.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
