QA Engineer – Manual Testing for Salesforce, Azure & Genesys Cloud

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented QA Engineer to join our team and support quality assurance activities across projects that involve Salesforce, Azure, and Genesys Cloud. The role is focused on ensuring the reliability, usability and overall quality of business solutions through structured manual testing and defect management in an Agile environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, execute and maintain manual test cases for new features, enhancements and bug fixes.
• Validate functional, integration, regression and user‑acceptance testing scenarios.
• Identify, document and track defects through resolution using a defect‑management system.
• Collaborate closely with business analysts, developers and architects to guarantee solution quality.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and best practices.

Required profile

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills in English (C1 level preferred).
• Proactive mindset with ownership of tasks and ability to anticipate issues.
• Team player who works well in Agile squads.
• Curiosity and eagerness to learn new Salesforce features and cloud technologies.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Salesforce (Service Cloud or Platform a plus).
• Basic knowledge of Azure‑based solutions.
• Exposure to Genesys Cloud or contact‑center platforms.
• Understanding of APIs and system integrations.
• Experience with Git, DevOps or CI/CD practices.
• Knowledge of test automation tools and frameworks.
