Project Manager – Hospitality Renovations

About the role

Wyndham Grand Rio Mar is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead structural renovation projects across its hospitality portfolio. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, ensure projects stay on schedule, and uphold the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct daily site inspections, capture photographic records, and maintain detailed activity logs.
• Manage third‑party consultancy, fair bidding processes, and documented communications.
• Prepare and distribute meeting minutes and project documentation.
• Oversee subcontractor bid preparation, evaluation, and selection.
• Develop and maintain relationships with occupants, facilities, IT, and service providers.
• Provide metrics, reports, and presentations to senior management.
• Coordinate all vendor and subcontractor work on‑site, enforce safety norms, and adjust procedures as needed.
• Issue weekly progress reports and process vendor payments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum six years of progressive project management experience in hospitality renovation.
• Proven ability to meet tight deadlines while managing multiple work streams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Spanish.
• Strong presentation skills and meticulous attention to financial parameters.
