Procurement & Export Logistics Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Procurement & Export Logistics Specialist to join our Lisbon team. You will support industrial clients, primarily in the Oil & Gas sector, by handling procurement, sourcing, logistics and commercial activities across global markets.

Key responsibilities

• Receive RFQs, prepare commercial offers and manage client relationships.
• Identify new business opportunities, markets and develop pricing, bids and contracts.
• Source and qualify suppliers worldwide, launch RFQs, evaluate quotations and negotiate terms.
• Issue purchase orders and follow up throughout the procurement cycle.
• Coordinate international shipments, prepare export documentation and liaise with freight forwarders.
• Monitor deliveries, ensure timeline compliance and support invoicing and debt recovery.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in procurement, sales, logistics or supply‑chain functions.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English; French is a plus.
• Strong commercial, negotiation and communication abilities.
• Meticulous, organized, resilient and comfortable in a fast‑paced, international environment.

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel (part of Microsoft Office suite).
