Polish‑Speaking Customer Service Representative – Lisbon

About the role

We are looking for a Polish‑speaking Customer Service Representative to join our international support team in Lisbon. You will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting them with inquiries about pet nutrition products through phone, email and chat while delivering a friendly and professional experience.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email and live chat in Polish and English.
• Provide accurate information about products and services, aiming for first‑contact resolution.
• Escalate complex cases following internal procedures.
• Document all interactions in the CRM system.
• Work independently to manage your workload and collaborate with teammates to meet KPIs.
• Participate in ongoing training to deepen product knowledge.

Required profile

• Fluent in spoken and written Polish.
• Good command of English.
• Previous customer service experience (preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem‑solving and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Interest in pets or experience with animals is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with a CRM system for logging interactions.
