Platform Engineer

About the role

Fyld is seeking an experienced Platform Engineer to design, build, and operate reliable, scalable, and self‑service platforms that empower development teams to deliver software efficiently. You will work in a collaborative environment focused on high‑impact, purpose‑driven projects.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement cloud or internal developer platforms using best‑in‑class practices.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and management with Terraform or OpenTofu.
• Maintain container orchestration environments (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift) and related tooling.
• Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines and self‑service developer tooling.
• Ensure platform reliability, scalability, security, and observability.
• Collaborate with software development and infrastructure teams to resolve issues and improve processes.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Platform Engineering, Cloud Engineering or DevOps.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Fluency in English.
