Parts Supervisor

About the role

The Parts Supervisor will lead the parts and scrapping area of a Porsche dealership, ensuring compliance with company standards. This role combines customer service, inventory control, and material dispatch to meet sales and turnover targets.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of the parts department, including receiving, storing, dispatching, and returning parts.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and manage low‑turn or obsolete stock.
• Provide customer support for order inquiries and follow‑up.
• Coordinate material shipments to customers and internal service bays.
• Achieve sales, inventory level, and rotation goals set by the company.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Required profile

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in the automotive industry or in a supervisory role.
• Professional appearance, bilingual Spanish‑English, and a valid Puerto Rico driver’s license.
• Willingness to travel outside Puerto Rico.
• Strong verbal and written communication, organization, and time‑management skills.

Required skills

• Experience with automotive service management software such as CDK or Tekion.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
