Overnight Guest Service Representative

About the role

Join SP+ Hospitality as an Overnight Guest Service Representative and be the friendly face that welcomes and bids farewell to guests using our checkout‑free parking facilities. You will work the night shift, ensuring smooth entry and exit experiences while upholding five‑star service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Greet every guest entering or leaving the garage with a warm, professional demeanor.
• Collect valet parking fees using the latest parking software and technology.
• Answer phone calls courteously, providing directions and assistance.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the shift.
• Perform any additional duties assigned by supervisors, including occasional corporate office tasks.

Required profile

• Neat, clean, and polite appearance – the company motto.
• Ability to smile, acknowledge, and extend a warm welcome to each customer.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and oral.
• At least 18 years of age with a professional appearance and demeanor.
• Physical ability to stand or sit for long periods and work outdoors in extreme temperatures.

Required skills

• Proficiency with parking software for fee collection.

• Hourly wage ranging from $10.50 to $12.00.
