OutSystems Developer (Hybrid, Lisbon)

About the role

InnoTech is looking for a passionate OutSystems Developer to join its Lisbon team. You will work on enterprise‑grade low‑code applications, delivering new features and ensuring high performance in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain enterprise applications using OutSystems 11 and/or OutSystems Developer Cloud (ODC).
• Deliver new features and enhancements while maintaining application quality and performance.
• Collaborate with technical and business teams to design scalable low‑code solutions.
• Troubleshoot issues and contribute to continuous improvement of existing applications.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and support the team’s delivery objectives.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of professional experience with OutSystems development.
• Ability to work autonomously with OutSystems 11 and/or ODC.
• Good command of English (minimum B2 level).
• Availability for a hybrid model (2 days onsite in Saldanha, Lisbon).
• CPLP nationality or an EU work permit.
