Outbound Sales Representative

About the role

LeadWire is a fast‑growing SaaS platform that helps brands activate revenue through real‑time text and multimedia messaging. We are looking for an Outbound Sales Representative to generate qualified pipeline and support our rapid expansion across multiple markets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and research target accounts that match LeadWire’s ideal customer profile.
• Execute high‑volume outbound prospecting via cold calls, personalized emails, and LinkedIn.
• Engage prospects to uncover business needs, articulate the product’s value proposition, and qualify opportunities.
• Book meetings with qualified prospects and maintain accurate activity records in HubSpot.
• Follow structured outreach sequences and qualification frameworks.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine messaging, improve lead quality, and ensure smooth handoffs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 1–3+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, outbound‑focused environment.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM tools, preferably HubSpot.
