Organic Growth Analyst

About the role

We are looking for an Organic Growth Analyst to support data‑driven SEO and organic growth initiatives for fast‑growing B2B software companies. Based in Portugal and working fully remote, you will collaborate with senior strategists to research, analyse, report and execute tactics that directly impact client revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Support the execution of SEO and organic growth strategies for B2B software clients.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, content audits and backlink research to uncover growth opportunities.
• Build, maintain and analyse dashboards and reports to measure campaign performance and business impact.
• Monitor client performance data, extract actionable insights and contribute recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and support measurable outcomes.
• Participate in internal brainstorming, research initiatives and innovation projects.
• Collaborate with strategy and content teams and support client meetings and communications.
• Continuously develop new skills and help improve internal processes and best practices.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in SEO, digital marketing, content marketing or a strong desire to build a career in organic growth.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining high‑quality standards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Self‑motivated and comfortable working independently in a fully remote, high‑performance environment.
• Availability to overlap at least five working hours with Eastern Time (ET) on weekdays.
