Norwegian-speaking Sales Representative

About the role

We are looking for a Norwegian‑speaking Sales Representative to join Conectys’ global sales team. In this role you will turn conversations with business customers into sales opportunities, supporting well‑known brands in the gaming, entertainment, consumer electronics and healthcare sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with business customers through inbound and outbound communication.
• Identify sales opportunities by understanding customer needs and recommending suitable products and services.
• Guide customers through the sales process, ensuring an exceptional experience at each touchpoint.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets using consultative and solution‑oriented selling.
• Document interactions and sales activities accurately in Salesforce and other CRM tools.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to continuously improve the customer journey and business results.

Required profile

• Native‑level proficiency in Norwegian and at least B2 level English (written and spoken).
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, account management or a similar customer‑facing role is an advantage.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Customer‑first mindset with confidence to identify opportunities and close sales.
• Willingness to work in a contact‑center environment on a hybrid schedule.
