Mid-Level Functional Tester (French)

About the role

We are seeking a Mid‑Level Functional Tester with strong French language skills to join a dynamic project team in Lisbon. You will work closely with developers, business analysts, and project managers to ensure that technology solutions meet functional requirements and quality standards throughout the software development lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse functional and technical requirements to design effective test scenarios.
• Define, prepare, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Perform functional, integration, and regression testing across multiple releases.
• Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring they are resolved and retested.
• Maintain traceability between requirements, test cases, and test results.
• Collaborate with development, business analysis, and project management teams to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, methodologies, and best practices.

Required profile

• Professional experience as a Functional QA Tester.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and organisational skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work autonomously.
• Proactive, critical‑thinking mindset with good communication skills.
• Fluent French (mandatory) and English at minimum B2 level.
• ISTQB certification is a plus.
