Marketing Operations & Content Manager

About the role

Symbiotic is looking for a Marketing Operations & Content Manager to be the operational hub of its marketing function. You will support both crypto‑native and traditional institutional audiences by keeping the marketing engine running smoothly and producing engaging content for social channels.

Key responsibilities

• Own day‑to‑day marketing operations: manage the calendar, track pipelines and ensure timely delivery of all campaigns.
• Create and coordinate content ideas, execute simple pieces yourself and work with the team on larger projects.
• Run ecosystem and co‑marketing coordination with partners on Telegram and other communication channels.
• Act as quality assurance for all marketing output, maintaining brand consistency and deadlines.
• Coordinate occasional international events, handling logistics and on‑the‑ground execution when needed.
• Help launch new initiatives such as podcasts, newsletters and other emerging channels as the function expands.

Required profile

• Organised, high‑energy and proactive, able to generate momentum without waiting for direction.
• Familiarity with crypto and on‑chain finance concepts, able to quickly understand Symbiotic’s products.
• Strong eye for brand quality, spotting off‑brand or low‑quality material before it ships.
• Experience communicating with TradFi or institutional audiences, or the ability to adapt messaging for them.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience running marketing operations, including campaign planning, calendar management and content coordination.
• Ability to produce and edit simple content pieces independently.
• Experience coordinating co‑marketing activities and managing partner relationships.
