About the role

Join Devoteam’s global marketing team as a Marketing Intern, supporting the Marketing Director in planning and executing multi‑channel campaigns. You will work on AI‑enhanced content creation and help shape the company’s tech‑focused communication strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the global Marketing Director in planning and executing marketing campaigns across various channels.
• Create social media posts, presentations, and internal communications using AI‑powered tools.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and prepare reporting dashboards.
• Collaborate on internal projects that promote AI and technology adoption in marketing.
• Contribute fresh ideas and a critical perspective to ongoing initiatives.

Required profile

• Recently graduated (bachelor's or master's) in communication, marketing or management.
• Enthusiastic about technology and AI, with a proactive, can‑do attitude.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English (mandatory).
• Strong critical thinking and good communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Canva for design creation.
• Experience with social media platforms and scheduling/content creation tools.
• Comfortable using AI‑powered tools or eager to learn them.
