Marketing & Communication Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Marketing & Communication Manager to lead integrated marketing initiatives on‑site in Lisbon. The role involves setting goals, defining strategies, and overseeing the implementation of campaigns that support product launches, brand growth, and profitability targets.

Key responsibilities

• Create and execute strategic projects across corporate marketing, sales, direct mail, digital marketing, social media, workshops, symposia, internal programs, events, advertisements, and commercial tools.
• Define and manage branding initiatives, ensuring consistency with the company’s vision and visual identity.
• Collaborate with internal departments to translate needs into effective marketing solutions.
• Supervise online communication channels, maintain brand standards, and act as the brand guardian across business units.
• Plan, manage, and optimise the marketing budget, monitor KPIs, and produce strategic reports.
• Develop and implement the annual marketing plan, aligning goals with measurable outcomes.
• Manage digital campaigns, optimise content for website, intranet, and social media, and increase organic and paid visibility.
• Organise and participate in events, trade fairs, workshops, and brand activations.
• Analyse market and competitor data to identify opportunities and support decision‑making.
• Oversee corporate communications, press relations, and stakeholder engagement.

Required profile

• Technical background expected.
• Good knowledge of English.
• Strong writing and communication abilities.
• Education in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
