Manufacturing Operator

About the role

We are looking for a Manufacturing Operator to join Baxter’s production team. In this position you will assemble, test, inspect and package medical products while adhering to strict quality, safety and environmental standards. The role offers the chance to contribute directly to the company’s mission of saving and sustaining lives.

Key responsibilities

• Assemble product components and parts according to Bill of Materials, blueprints, specifications and SOPs.
• Perform manual and semi‑automatic assembly operations, ensuring the correct parts are used and in good condition.
• Conduct leak and blockage tests when required and visually inspect products at each manufacturing stage for defects.
• Package individual units and final product pallets following documented procedures.
• Document activities, maintain a clean 6S work area and report unsafe conditions or equipment deviations.
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and EHS regulations at all times.
• Identify and report EHS improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• Ability to perform light physical work, lift up to 20 lb occasionally and stand or walk for extended periods.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety standards.
• Willingness to follow documented procedures and report deviations.
• Flexibility to take on additional tasks as directed by supervisors.
