Manufacturing Operator – Compression (Third Shift)

About the role

Join Haleon’s production team as a Manufacturing Operator focused on compression for third‑shift operations (10 pm – 6 am). You will execute core manufacturing steps on pharmaceutical batches, following strict safety, GMP and documentation standards.

Key responsibilities

• Apply safety policies, GMP knowledge, LOTO, PPE and housekeeping while operating equipment.
• Set up, load, unload, clean and run blenders, compression machines and coaters according to the weekly schedule.
• Monitor operating parameters, record data on paper or electronic batch records, and address deviations immediately.
• Transfer materials between work centers and operate analog/digital controls on equipment.
• Participate in minor preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and continuous‑improvement projects.

Required profile

• Compression experience is mandatory; high school diploma with 3 years of manufacturing experience, or associate degree with 2 years, or bachelor’s degree with no experience.
• Good communication skills and ability to work flexible overtime, weekends or holidays as needed.

• Operation of compression equipment, blenders and coaters.
• Analog and digital control systems.

• 5S methodology for workplace organization.
• GMP knowledge and LOTO procedures.
