Manufacturing Engineer – Pharmaceutical/Medical Devices

About the role

We are looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to join our Base Business area, supporting pharmaceutical and medical‑device manufacturing operations. The role combines technical expertise with a customer‑service mindset to ensure smooth, compliant production processes.

Key responsibilities

• Integrate new and existing protocols into manufacturing workflows.
• Maintain thorough, accurate documentation in the quality system.
• Investigate product, batch, and validation failures, producing detailed reports and corrective actions.
• Develop and implement process strategies to optimize current operations.
• Support day‑to‑day process activities and ensure continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Minimum four years of manufacturing experience in the pharmaceutical or medical‑device industry.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English with strong communication skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot system issues and quickly adopt new technologies.

Required skills

• Experience with manufacturing systems and digital tools such as Agile, Cognex, Box, SAP.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Minitab, and statistical analysis.
• Strong documentation and reporting capabilities.
