Manager IT Consulting - French Speaker

About the role

As a Manager in IT Consulting, you will lead large‑scale digital transformation projects for major private and public sector clients. You will combine functional and technical expertise in information systems to deliver innovative solutions while guiding a team of consultants.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end IT projects, including strategy definition, feasibility studies, software selection, implementation, and change management.
• Coach, mentor, and develop a team of consultants, fostering a collaborative environment.
• Participate in talent acquisition activities for the firm’s growth in Portugal.
• Contribute to business development by shaping IT service offerings and supporting internal transformation initiatives.
• Oversee project financials, budgeting, risk management, and reporting to unit directors.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a large corporation, consulting firm, or IT services company with a proven track record in information systems management.
• Strong leadership and team‑building capabilities.
• Fluent French (spoken and written) and proficient English.
