Manager - Global Product Management

About the role

Mastercard is seeking an experienced Manager to lead the evolution of its Mastercard Intelligence Center products. This role sits within the Economics & Business Intelligence division and focuses on delivering world‑class analytics solutions that enable business users to make smarter, data‑driven decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap for Mastercard Intelligence Center, balancing long‑term vision with immediate market needs.
• Gather and translate deep customer insights into product enhancements and new features.
• Drive innovation in self‑service analytics and diagnostic tools.
• Collaborate with engineering, data science, and commercial teams to ensure product delivery aligns with technical, competitive, and commercial constraints.
• Monitor product performance and iterate based on usage data and feedback.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing analytics or data‑intensive products.
• Strong understanding of customer needs in the payments or financial services sector.
• Ability to balance strategic product direction with day‑to‑day execution.
