Lead Control Systems Engineer – DeltaV

About the role

RoviSys is seeking a Lead Control Systems Engineer to work directly with customers on the design, configuration, commissioning and qualification of Emerson DeltaV control systems. You will collaborate with engineers, designers, partners and clients to deliver state‑of‑the‑art control solutions that improve efficiency, product quality and profitability in process manufacturing.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with RoviSys engineers, partners and client teams to design and implement DeltaV distributed control system (DCS) configurations.
• Develop life‑cycle documents, electrical panels, control architecture and wiring drawings in accordance with GMP standards.
• Redline P&ID documentation and create accurate control system schematics.
• Perform testing, on‑site commissioning and qualification of control systems.
• Lead and mentor teams of engineers and technicians, providing technical guidance and support.
• Establish engineering standards to improve project execution efficiency and accuracy.
• Provide technical sales support to the RoviSys business development team.

Required profile

• 2–8 years of experience in automation and control system engineering.
• B.S. in Electrical, Computer, Chemical Engineering or Engineering Technology.
• Hands‑on experience with Emerson DeltaV systems.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Self‑motivated with strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
