Kids For All Seasons Supervisor

About the role

The Kids For All Seasons (KFAS) Supervisor leads daily operations of the children’s program at Four Seasons Resort and Residences Puerto Rico, creating a safe, fun, and enriching environment for guests' families.

Key responsibilities

• Organize, monitor, and participate in daily activities such as swimming, outdoor games, and arts & crafts, tailoring them to age and skill levels while ensuring safety.
• Oversee daily operations to maintain high service standards and a guest‑focused atmosphere.
• Act as the primary contact for escalated guest concerns.
• Collaborate with the Manager to train and coach team members on brand standards and policies.
• Maintain clean, organized department spaces and ensure they are set for success.
• Order supplies, manage inventory, and align spending with the departmental budget.
• Support planning, coordination, and hosting of departmental events and activations.
• Create and implement elevated offerings that enhance the guest experience.
• Assist with scheduling, labor forecasting, and overall labor management to ensure appropriate staffing levels.

Required profile

• High school education or equivalent.
• Current CPR, First Aid, and Lifeguard certifications.
• 2‑3 years experience working with children in a similar age group.
• Previous supervisory experience.
