Junior Social Media Associate

About the role

Air Apps, which builds an AI-powered personal and entrepreneurial resource planner, is looking for a motivated and creative Junior Social Media Operator to join its onsite team in Lisbon. You will work closely with the Creator Relations Specialist to support content operations, campaign execution and community engagement across several platforms. The position is based onsite in Lisbon, five days a week.

Key responsibilities

• Work with the Creator Relations Specialist to run social media campaigns in line with influencer and creator partnerships.
• Draft, schedule and publish posts on platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn and Twitter.
• Monitor, comment on and post on social channels daily, supporting community engagement.
• Collect, organise and review creator deliverables against campaign objectives.
• Track content performance metrics and help prepare reports for internal teams.
• Stay up to date with trends, formats and best practices and bring fresh ideas to campaigns.
• Provide administrative and coordination support for creator collaborations, events and cross-team initiatives.

Required profile

• Around 1-2 years of experience in social media, digital marketing or related fields; internships or academic projects also considered.
• Familiarity with major social platforms and their content styles, especially TikTok and Instagram.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organised, able to manage multiple tasks, with a creative mindset and curiosity for trends.
• Team player willing to learn and grow under the guidance of senior colleagues.
• Enthusiasm for AI, productivity and digital tools is a plus.
