Junior Project Manager Officer (Maternity Leave Cover)

About the role

As a Junior Project Manager Officer you will act as the operational backbone for Data Analytics projects, ensuring tools and documentation are accurate and up‑to‑date while supporting global teams during a maternity‑leave cover period.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and continuously update project tracking tools such as Planisware, Jira, Confluence and Track & Release.
• Organise and keep project document repositories (SharePoint, Docupedia) current and accessible for international stakeholders.
• Identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement of project management and documentation processes.
• Coordinate tracking structures and streamline workflows to keep complex initiatives on schedule.
• Support global teams by providing clear status updates and ensuring data integrity across tools.

Required profile

• University degree in Business Management, Computer Science, Business Informatics or a comparable field.
• Excellent communication skills with an organised, proactive and positive mindset.
• Self‑starter who is comfortable engaging with diverse stakeholders.
