About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic IT Recruiter to join our Lisbon office. In this role you will act as the bridge between talented IT professionals and exciting opportunities within our growing company.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, source and attract top IT talent across various specialisations.
• Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from initial contact to offer acceptance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand hiring needs and market trends.
• Contribute to the company’s growth by delivering high‑quality hires.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree (mandatory).
• Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the IT sector.
• Results‑oriented mindset with a strong commitment to success.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English and Portuguese, both written and spoken.
