IT Project Manager – Managed Services (Lisbon)

About the role

We are seeking a mid‑senior IT Project Manager to join EY’s Managed Services team in Lisbon. You will lead end‑to‑end service delivery projects and ongoing managed‑service engagements, ensuring operational excellence, client satisfaction and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage IT Managed Services projects from initiation through delivery and transition to steady‑state operations.
• Act as primary liaison with clients, handling communication, expectation management and customer satisfaction.
• Plan, monitor and control project scope, schedule, budget and quality in line with SLAs, KPIs and service expectations.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams including technical, operations, vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Identify, assess and mitigate project and operational risks, escalating issues and proposing solutions.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service efficiency and value.
• Ensure governance, documentation, reporting and adherence to EY methodologies and client requirements.
• Assist with service transitions, onboarding of new clients or services and change‑management activities.
• Prepare and present regular status reports, service updates and performance metrics to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Systems, Engineering or related field.
• 5‑8 years of experience as a Project Manager in IT Services, Managed Services or Service Delivery.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and experience managing multiple stakeholders in international or matrix environments.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem‑solving abilities.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
