IT Project Manager – Lisbon (Hybrid)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and deliver technology projects from planning through to successful completion. The role is based in Lisbon and operates on a hybrid model, with two days onsite each week.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and manage IT projects, including timelines, resources, and budgets.
• Coordinate activities across business, technical, and IT teams.
• Identify, monitor, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Track progress and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
• Communicate updates clearly to stakeholders and prepare status reports and presentations.
• Identify problems, drive solutions, and support continuous improvement of project management processes.

Required profile

• 4‑5+ years of experience in IT project management.
• Proven track record managing complex IT projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Good knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
• Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
• PMP or equivalent certification.
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar platforms.
