IT Helpdesk Support – Danish Market

About the role

We are looking for an IT Helpdesk Support professional to serve the Danish market from our Lisbon hub. The role involves providing first‑level technical assistance to customers via phone, email or chat, using remote access tools.

Key responsibilities

• Answer calls, emails and chat requests, delivering first‑level technical support.
• Analyse incidents, perform root‑cause analysis and aim for a 50 % resolution rate within six months, 70 % within twelve months.
• Follow defined work instructions, escalation procedures and document all incidents in the internal management system.
• Collaborate with other Bosch sites, departments and colleagues to ensure smooth support processes.
• Contribute to the FAQ and knowledge‑base, and maintain clear communication with customers and team members.

Required profile

• Technical education in IT systems or equivalent hands‑on experience.
• Professional experience in a customer‑facing support role is a plus.
• Fluent Danish (C1) and English (B2) – additional European languages are advantageous.
• Team‑player with strong customer orientation and the ability to work under pressure.

Required skills

• Hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Use of remote access tools for support.
• Working knowledge of SAP.
