Inside Sales Beauty Advisor

About the role

As an Inside Sales Beauty Advisor at Sally Beauty, you will create memorable shopping experiences for customers by guiding them through hair, cosmetics, skin‑care and nail products. You will receive extensive product training and support while bringing your passion and personality to the store.

Key responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers and inspire loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complementary beauty products.
• Inform customers about current promotions, events and the Loyalty program.
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales.
• Accurately and efficiently complete transactions.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
• Demonstrate Sally Beauty’s culture and values.

Required profile

• Passion for beauty and strong customer‑service orientation.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lb, occasionally work on a ladder, and stand for long periods.
• Willingness to be exposed to occasional fumes or odors.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, crouching, stretching and reaching.
