HR Operations Specialist (Multiple Positions)

About the role

We are seeking 7‑10 HR Operations / People Services professionals to provide day‑to‑day support for Synopsys employees across the Americas. The role focuses on delivering accurate, responsive, and compliant HR services in a fast‑paced, service‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and support the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to off‑boarding.
• Manage HR cases, resolve tickets, and ensure timely service delivery.
• Maintain and update HR data in relevant systems.
• Handle documentation, process administration, and compliance‑related tasks.
• Provide support to employees and managers through various HR channels.
• Participate in continuous process‑improvement and operational‑excellence initiatives.
• Assist with audit and compliance activities.

Required profile

• 1‑5 years of experience in HR Operations, Shared Services, or similar support functions.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes and employee lifecycle administration.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Customer‑service orientation with attention to detail and compliance.
• Experience in fast‑paced, service‑driven environments.
