Head of Content

About the role

OnTheGoSystems, the creator of WPML and PTC, is seeking a Head of Content to lead its content strategy and drive growth across its translation and localization products. The role combines strategic planning with hands‑on execution, leveraging AI and automation to scale marketing impact.

Key responsibilities

• Identify marketing and growth opportunities and turn them into concrete actions.
• Execute hands‑on work across content, SEO/GEO, email, product marketing, acquisition and conversion.
• Use AI agents and automation as core tools in daily workflows.
• Build and refine AI‑driven workflows to increase efficiency.
• Analyse data and business results to optimise tactics.
• Collaborate with product, development and support teams to understand products and customers.
• Own the end‑to‑end process from idea through execution, measurement and iteration.

Required profile

• Proven experience using AI agents, automation or advanced AI workflows in everyday marketing work, with demonstrable results.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and work with ambiguous starting points.
• Strong blend of strategic thinking and hands‑on execution.
• Track record of linking marketing activities to measurable business outcomes.
• Comfortable wearing multiple hats across different marketing functions and learning new skills as needed.
• Experience marketing technical products, preferably in software, SaaS, WordPress or related fields.
• Independent decision‑maker who can move projects forward without detailed instructions.
