Global Brand Quality Assurance Manager

About the role

As the Global Brand Quality Assurance Manager you will be responsible for protecting Bosch’s worldwide brand identity. You will ensure that all marketing and creative assets meet the highest standards of quality, consistency and compliance before they are released across any channel.

Key responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve the global Brand Quality Assurance process for all marketing and creative assets.
• Review and approve visuals, copy, digital assets and packaging to guarantee compliance with brand guidelines, tone of voice, legal and technical requirements.
• Develop and maintain QA checklists, approval workflows and governance processes to drive consistency across markets.
• Collaborate with global marketing teams, creative agencies and production partners to resolve quality issues and ensure a uniform brand experience.
• Implement AI and automation solutions to streamline reviews, enhance efficiency and raise overall content quality.
• Provide feedback and insights to creative and production teams to improve asset quality and optimise creation processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Design or a related field.
• Proven experience in brand management, quality assurance or marketing asset governance on a global scale.
• Strong understanding of brand guidelines, legal compliance and technical standards for digital and physical media.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills, with the ability to work across multiple regions and cultures.
