General Cleaner (Steward)

About the role

As a General Cleaner (Steward) at Caribe Hilton you will keep the kitchen and dining areas immaculate, ensuring guests enjoy a spotless environment. Your work supports the overall hospitality experience by delivering clean serviceware and a safe, sanitary kitchen.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and polish all chinaware, silverware, cooking utensils, pots and pans.
• Monitor and replenish stock of supplies and equipment.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness through mopping, trash removal and routine sanitation.
• Prepare and set up serviceware for banquets and other events.
• Train and mentor new stewards to uphold team performance.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness regulations.
