Fullstack Software Developer

About the role

Intermedia is seeking a talented Fullstack Software Developer to join its DevEngineering team. The role involves delivering end‑to‑end features, building backend services that compute and expose live operational metrics and creating frontend dashboards that visualise those metrics in real time for contact‑center supervisors. While primarily remote, occasional visits to the office in Coimbra or Aveiro (future Porto office) are required.

Key responsibilities

• Develop high‑quality, scalable, and readable code that follows company standards.
• Build and evolve frontend dashboards and backend APIs/services supporting live updates and near‑real‑time data.
• Analyze, improve, and ensure the efficiency, scalability, and stability of existing systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, integrate business logic, and refine technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software components.
• Document development processes, code changes, and other technical information.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field with 4+ years of professional experience.
• Strong frontend experience with JavaScript/TypeScript technologies such as NodeJS, Angular/AngularJS, or React.
• Solid backend experience with .NET technologies, including C# and ASP.NET / ASP.NET Core.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and written skills.
• Working knowledge of Agile methodologies and frameworks such as Scrum, SAFe, or LeSS.
• Passion for coaching less‑experienced colleagues.
