French‑Speaking Customer Advisor – Lisbon

About the role

We are seeking a French‑speaking Customer Advisor to join our multicultural team in Lisbon. In this role you will assist viewers with their queries via phone or chat, providing account, application and technical support while ensuring a high‑quality experience.

Key responsibilities

• Assist viewers through phone and/or chat regarding a variety of queries.
• Provide account and application support, focusing on software functionality.
• Deliver technical support, troubleshooting system configurations and network settings.
• Offer accurate, real‑time responses to viewer inquiries.

Required profile

• Native‑level French (written and oral) and fluent English (minimum B2).
• Passion for entertainment and media services.
• Excellent communication skills, empathy, team spirit and a customer‑oriented attitude.
• Familiarity with digital streaming services and devices.
• Legal right to work in Portugal (EU passport or valid work permit).
